LeadAzura is a platform designed to streamline and enhance the process of cold outreach and email marketing using Generative AI (GenAI). As the Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded the design and development of the product, working closely with the founder and engineers to create a comprehensive solution for business owners looking to improve their marketing metrics and conversions.

LeadAzura was aiming to differentiate itself in a saturated outreach market by incorporating AI-driven solutions that could automate cold email campaigns while maintaining a personalized touch. The challenge was to:
