Product Designer · Research-driven · Prototype-led

I design clarity into complex products.

I'm a product designer who turns complex, high-stakes systems into experiences that feel obvious — from enterprise analytics to consumer hardware. I work end to end: global user research, sharp interaction design, and working prototypes that de-risk the build.

AMA contact collection flow overview

The native app is the durable host. The web view is a transient task.

Contact Collection — New Contact Entry Point

Advertisers weren't giving verified ways to reach them, so account-critical notifications quietly failed. I designed a native entry point that reuses an existing web verification stack — the native screen holds in place while an in-app browser slides up to add and verify, so the seam never feels broken.

MobileSite Contact Collection

The mobile-web half of the reachability story: the add-and-verify flow the native entry point opens into. I took it from research through final design — flow canvas, before/after, and a full accessibility audit — to a build that's ready for engineering handoff.

Connect Deals reporting dashboard

At-a-glance dashboards that turn ad performance into decisions.

Google · Connect Deals · Enterprise

Connect Deals — Deal Performance at a Glance

I redesigned Google's internal deal-reporting tab from a dense data table into an insight-driven dashboard — saving the sales org an estimated 12,000 hours a year. Research across 4 regions, a hybrid metrics view, and a client-safe share mode.

Pixel Tablet — Settings Navigation

Flattened a 300+ page settings hierarchy into a discoverable, two-pane experience — a 25% reduction in time on task and a 20% lift in task success — plus a share-notification severity system taken from research to PRD.

About me

I work where intent meets infrastructure.

I'm a product designer who's led reporting & analytics for enterprise advertising at Google, shaped e-commerce for Royal Caribbean, and built features for the Google Pixel Tablet. I care most about the seams — continuity, truthful state, and decisions that hold up under cross-functional scrutiny — and I go from global research all the way to working prototypes that prove the idea before anyone writes production code.

Experience

Product Designer
Google (Contract) · Connect Deals
Feb 2025 – Aug 2026

Led end-to-end design of reporting and analytics for an enterprise platform tracking ad performance across Google products. Built at-a-glance dashboards and ran global research with sellers and account teams to shape product strategy.

UX Designer · Prototyper
Royal Caribbean — E-commerce
Jul 2024 – Feb 2025

Built user-focused web components and interactive prototypes (Protopie, Principle) for RCCL, and contributed to style guides and design systems that kept the platform visually consistent.

UX Designer · Internship
Google — New York, NY
Sep 2022 – Jun 2024

Designed and shipped features for the Google Pixel Tablet — a 25% reduction in time on task and 20% lift in task success — plus a share-notification system carried from concept and research to a full PRD with senior buy-in.

Product Designer
Pick — Remote
Jan 2020 – Sep 2021

Drove early-stage solutions via concept sketches (−30% dev time, +25% CSAT) and ran user interviews + A/B testing that sharpened MVP usability.

Approach

How I work — research to native prototype.

A user-centered process, accelerated end to end with AI agents — from discovery and insight to a native-grade, interactive prototype.

01

Research, accelerated by AI

I put AI agents to work on discovery — running and synthesizing research, or partnering with researchers — to surface real user pain points fast. Design starts from evidence, not assumptions.

02

Insight, then many approaches

I turn research into sharp insight, then use AI agents to rapidly produce multiple directions — pressure-tested against proven UX patterns — and align the team on the most feasible one.

03

Crafted pixel to pixel

I take the chosen direction all the way down — spacing, states, motion, and edge cases — so the design is production-ready, not a rough comp.

04

Native-grade prototypes

I bring the design to life as a native-grade, interactive prototype, so engineering and content align on real behavior and the seams — not static screens.
